Shipping policy.
Free worldwide shipping on all orders, always. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by QuietLuxy. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@quietluxy.com. We will investigate with the carrier and do everything we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Returns policy.
We accept returns within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we are unable to process any return or cancellation.
How to return
If you wish to cancel or return your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it at hello@quietluxy.com with your order number. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. Once the 24-hour window has passed, the order is considered final and will be processed for dispatch.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that any shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned under any circumstances. Sale items marked as final sale are also non-returnable.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@quietluxy.com with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
